Each unit’s balcony will feature original artwork curated by Wynwood gallerist and Art Basel exhibitor Anthony Spinello of Spinello Projects. “The idea was to create something that blends with the neighborhood’s artistic and cultural context, including such elements as the Wynwood Walls”,  explains architect Laith Sayigh.

Neighborhood
